PHYSICAL PRODUCTS TERMS OF USE-END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
All images and products on Lynn Salem Creates are copyright products.
Personal Use Only –
As an end user of a personal license agreement, you are authorized to:
1. Your purchased copyright print may be matted and/or framed.
2. Your purchase of the copyright print maybe given as a gift, as is or matted and frame.
3. Physical products are to be used by the purchaser or given as a gift.
4. Greeting cards may be sent or given to another individual.
As an end user of a personal license agreement, you are NOT AUTHORIZED to:
1. Copy, scan, reprint, or resell on website, Facebook groups, Instagram or any other marketplace or for your own use, or to be given to another.
2. Claim copyright print as your own work or make copies for any reason(s).
3. Use any copyright design(s) or file(s) for any harmful, pornographic, racial, or offensive material.
4. Upload copyright print to any AI, Photoshop, graphic, or any other site that can manipulate or change image.
5. Download from Lynn Salem Creates website and sell on a different platform or website.
6. Physical products may not be copied for resale.
7. Greeting cards may not be reproduced, copied, or scanned for resale or to create more cards. The designs belong to the artists.

DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS OF USE-END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Terms and Conditions:
Personal Use (Non-Commercial)-
All free downloads are for Personal Use only. Personal Use means you cannot make and distribute copies or use it for business purposes, assign it to an organization, or make money from it. Personal use means it is to be used by only you, for yourself.
As an end user of a personal license agreement, you are authorized to:
1. Share the original URL to the free file.
2. Make physical products to give as gifts or for yourself.
As an end user of a personal license agreement, you are not authorized to:
1. Share, copy, resell, or distribute any design(s) or file(s) by Lynn Salem Creates in their original digital format, as is, or altered in any way. Products cannot be used for Print On Demand (POD), crate on demand or any similar service.
2. You may not use any design that you have download for free, in any way, or for any reason, to make products to sell.
3. You may not upload the design(s) to any file-sharing websites, Facebook groups, Instagram, or similar page or group, for any purpose.
4. You may not use the design(s) for any harmful, pornographic, racial, or offensive material.
5. You may not use any design(s) to create your own products that resembles, in any way, any copyright work of Lynn F Salem or Lynn Salem Creates.
Commercial Use -
All digital products purchased from Lynn Salem Creates are commercially licensed to the purchaser and only the purchaser. The purchased product(s) cannot be resold, exchanged, or commercially redistributed. The terms and conditions mentioned below include all digital products sold by Lynn Salem Creates.
As an end user of a commercial license agreement, you are authorized to:
1. Use the design file purchased from Lynn Salem Creates for your physical products, crafts, and projects.
2. Alter design elements by resizing, changing colors, subtracting, or adding to the design to create your own personal touch.
3. Sell your finished products at craft fairs, or in a store, or on your website, mentioning the copyright name on the digital file you have downloaded. This commercial license grants 200 physical products. If more sales are needed to be granted, contact lynnsalemcreates@gmail.com. For a fee of $10.00 (ten) USD, more may be granted.
As an end user of a commercial license agreement, you are not authorized to:
1. Share, copy, resell, or distribute design(s) or file(s) purchased from Lynn Salem Creates or copyrights of Lynn F Salem in their original digital format, as is, or altered in any way. Products cannot be used for Print On Demand (POD), crate on demand or any similar service.
2. Print the design(s) or file(s) for sale or distribution via the internet, retail locations, or any other venue.
3. Upload any copyright products by Lynn F Salem or Lynn Salem Creates to any file-sharing websites, Facebook groups, Instagram, or similar page or group, for any purpose.
4. Use any copyright design(s) or file(s) by Lynn F Salem or Lynn Salem Creates for any harmful, pornographic, racial, or offensive material.
5. Commercial License purchase for design(s) and file(s) cannot be resold or given to another individual or a company.
6. Use copyright design(s) or file(s) to create your own products which will resemble, in any shape or form, the design(s) or file(s) purchased at Lynn Salem Creates or any copyright design or file of Lynn F Salem.
This license does not give you sole ownership or transfer copyrights to you. Others can also download this product.
The copyrights of all designs purchased from Lynn Salem Creates remain the property of Lynn F Salem and Lynn Salem Creates.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are given on any/all digital products. No physical product will be shipped. This is a digital download.
By downloading digital products from Lynn Salem Creates and a copyright of any or all, or copyright of Lynn F Salem, you agree to these terms.
