I use printing companies, which means that all products are unique and produced only when they are ordered. All orders are custom made for you! This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Digital Products - No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are given on any/all digital products. No physical product will be shipped. This is a digital download.
Jewelry - Due to sanitary reasons, jewelry cannot be returned.

Unless stated above, all physical items sold must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging and box. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and a restocking fee will apply. I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to $25.00 per item. I reserve the right to refuse to issue a credit for any item damaged in the return shipping. Please send return items insured.
